So the other day I tried to follow chatgpt steps for connecting github and vercel to my replit. I then followed replit steps. Unfortunately, I ended loosing the whole app on the development side. Thank God I downloaded the file before that happened. I got my app up and running again but now I’m scared to try to connect it properly because it seemed like I did it correct. It shows that it is connected in replit but nothing gets pushed to github. Has anyone else had any issues with this?
What does your Git pane show in your project?
I’m non-technical but I’m learning. I’m assuming the picture I attached it is my Git pane. I think the main problem I’m having now is being able to push the content to the GitHub account. In Replit is says it’s connected. My Vercel account is connected to GitHub but having getting content to send to GitHub from Replit.
In your Replit project click the + icon to open another tab (not browser tab, Replit tab). Choose Git. Post screenshot.
Sorry @realfunnyeric I did get it working. I got it connected to Github and Vercel. I was having a lot of trouble with it updating properly between development and production database. But now I less issues than before.
