Hello! I’m Ladianne - (Yep, real name. 
Pronounced “Lady-Anne”.) I am an interdisciplinary artist and business owner. I built sites for clients on Wordpress for a while, and then we launched our own retail store, for which I used Shopify. We found we needed better, more customized functionality for our business, and for my art studio, so I built those on Replit. WoolTribe.co and Ladianne.com. I’m old enough to have gone to after-school classes to learn Basic, and young enough to be really excited about the great things that tech advances can bring. Love learning and always will.

Hey Justin, welcome. That “not found” error on your custom domain usually means the DNS isn’t pointed correctly or the deployment isn’t linked to that domain yet.
Check a couple things. In your Replit project, go to the Publishing tab and make sure you have an active deployment (not just the dev server). Under your publishing settings, add your custom domain and follow the steps to set the DNS records (usually a CNAME pointing to your Replit deployment URL). Give it a few minutes for DNS to propagate after making changes.
If you’re still stuck, drop the details in the Agent category and folks here can dig in further. Happy to take a look too.

Biggest gotcha if you’re building on Replit: most apps end up as SPAs (single page apps), which means Google sees a blank page because all the content loads via JavaScript after the initial HTML. That kills your SEO before you even start.
Drop this prompt into Agent to fix it:
Add server-side rendering (SSR) or static pre-rendering to my app so that every page serves fully rendered HTML on first load. Add meta title, meta description, and Open Graph tags to each page. Generate a sitemap.xml at /sitemap.xml that lists all public routes. Make sure all internal navigation still works client-side after the initial render.
After that, register on Google Search Console and submit the sitemap. What are you building?

Hi I’m Wayne. I’m an environmental scientist who retired from public service a few years ago. I started learning Replit in October of 2025 and have been developing my skills daily since then. During my career I built a few data systems using MS Access. I’m not formally trained in coding, and the Access background has helped with Replit development. But it’s been like drinking from a fire hose. I have a few apps in development that are data integration projects, connecting to external data sources and some manual ingesting. Looking forward to learning from this forum!

Hi. Tim here. I’ve enjoyed building an app (BirdBrainer.app) since the beginning of the year. I can’t seem to get Support to work though. Once I’ve submitted a question it just takes me back to the beginning. Also, I seem to have lost the ability to view stats on the Publishing page. Just a temporary glitch, I hope, as it’s an important tool to see if the app is gaining any ground. Any suggestions much appreciated! T

Hey Wayne, those data integration products sound interesting. My name is Wayne as well Ive had replit for maybe a year or longer paying for the core plan and barely using it. Once i heard about this competition tho i have noticed i am more intentionally with using the app and trying to figure out all its features. I have started about 4 or 5 projects within replit… All with good intentions and then for one reason or another i slowly start falling off again. This buildathon is a game changer! Nice to connect with you. There are a few Waynes out there! I’m not really in tune with the buildathon. I’m a sole developer and already retired from one career. My biggest challenge has been keeping the build agent in its lane. It started eating the app. Destroying parts because it operates without a global picture and thinks something is unused that really is. I ended up in constant repair mode from agent drifting on its own. That has been a serious issues that has slowed down my progress and enthusiasm. However, I’ve built in some sideboards now that appear to be making a difference.

Hey everyone, I’m Amal.
I just founded my company a few months ago with the aim to build digital solutions for the Muslim community.
I started building in October 2025 but what really got me motivated is to attend the Alif x Replit tournament as it allowed me to see how much it made possible.
Ended up building my first end-to-end mobile app, already launched on the App store. Still in review on Android.
I also built some web games for Muslim kids related to Ramadan as well as a business directory.
I am an experienced software engineer, but I wouldn’t have built these specific things if not for Replit. I would probably have kept in my web app lane.
Really excited to be in the community. share and learn!

That’s a beautiful project. I think to be done well, it should be with people that are knowledgeable in scriptures, on top of being a person of faith.
