I'm an electrician from Africa with zero coding background — I just shipped my own AI on Replit

I’m not a developer. I’m an electrician living in Africa. When I discovered Replit, I had one idea: build an AI that fits exactly what I need on the field — something the generic AIs could never give me.

What actually made me start was almost silly. I asked the agent one question: “Here’s what I want to build — can you do it?” It just said yes. So I jumped in.

Today, after:

  • writing ~10,900 lines of system prompt across 15 dedicated doctrines

  • ~83,800 lines of code

  • catching and fixing 50+ bugs and hallucinations

  • running 67 audit cycles

  • putting 59 automated test & security suites in place

…NEXIA is born, and it’s live.

Honestly, the thing that helped me the most as a non-coder wasn’t a feature — it was the agent’s ability to understand me and adapt to my level of standards. It didn’t just take orders. It proposed things I wouldn’t have known to ask for: it set up testing protocols on its own, suggested improvements to my prompts, and pushed back when something wasn’t solid. It felt less like a tool and more like an engineering team that got what I was aiming for.

NEXIA is a universal AI assistant — technical and human — built to reason before it answers instead of just sounding confident. What it does today:

All of this was built solo, as a non-coder, with Replit as my engineering team.
