How do I cancel?

I signed up for an account on a promo but never used it. It’s now trying to charge me $204. How do I cancel?

I’ve tried to go into Settings > Account: Billing > Cancel subscription, but the Cancel button redirects to Stripe (after a modal popup), but there is nowhere to actually cancel my account. The help docs only redirect to the Enterprise help, and that doesn’t apply as it’s stating that I need to delete my business workspace, which is not possible on the personal account.

What am I missing?

You should be able to cancel in the Stripe portal, but to discuss the fee for not cancelling in time, you’ll likely have to get Support on the line.

Nope, there is no place to cancel the service in the Stripe portal. I can edit cards, change my details but nowhere to cancel or delete my account. I also cannot find a way to get Stripe support on the line. There’s no way to contact them directly from the site.
