I’ve developed Axiom, a Telecom-specific POS software, along with a custom Admin Dashboard (SRTMetrix Launchpad). I’m currently at 70% completion but need help with the “SaaS” transition.
Looking for guidance on:
Data Isolation: Implementing a multi-tenant architecture where clients have their own secure environments.
Update Deployment: Strategies for pushing global bug fixes and feature updates without manual intervention for each client.
Billing Integration: Connecting payment gateways to the Launchpad to automate subscription status.
I have the UI and core logic down, but as a non-coder, I’m looking for the most sustainable way to manage and support this long-term.
I use Replit to build apps for clients, focusing on MVPs for founders.
However, I find diving into something already half-done gets a little messy - and my hourly rate for finishing things off can get a bit scary
My model is to architect/plan projects from the start, ensuring I take them beyond 70% and get them to a production-ready launch - and the price for end2end projects is not scary at all
Given where you’re at though, it would be a shame to start again, so @realfunnyeric may be more open to looking at your project - a great guy and really knows his stuff!!
