Looking for Android submission help

Hi! I have a live app on the App Store and it’s working really well, but I’m in need of some help getting it live on Android. Anyone out there who can help?

PS: I’ve read the documentation about downloading some software via Terminal, but it errors out on my Mac… so not sure where to go from here.
