I was building a little productivity app for a team member from one of the companies I consult and literally just last week their Head of Operations flagged this as something (EU hosting) we needed to be focused on moving forward.
This particular (internal use only) app didn’t work on any sensitive data but he’s definitely correct in making this a priority especially as they move company-wide in to this field.
