Environment issues

I’ve been having issues where the environment is throwing errors consistently for the past couple of weeks. Despite raising a ticket, nothing has happened. Now the whole environment appears to be failing, Agent is locked in a timeout loop, Preview no longer works, and the Shell is unaccessible, so I can’t try the kill 1 command to restart the app. I can’t do any work now and am at the mercy of the support team who are not responding to messages. Has anyone else had this problem?

I’m experiencing the same pattern. Agent is frozen, locked out of shell.
