They migrated all of our databases without asking us. And they did it incorrectly. My whole site is down.

Mine is also crashing, keeps running without response….

Hello, new to the group, the last 3-4 days, the Agent is running very slow, before this, it would take 2-4 mins to cycle and run, now it takes (depending on request complexity) 45 mins to several hours. Has their subscription exploded? Thanks.

My main Replit project that I have been working on pretty much non-stop for over a month suddenly started slowing down and agent becoming unresponsive, unable to create checkpoints, giving error messages on the 26th Feb. I reported it straight away and got no real help from Replit team, just the usual use shell kill 1 command, etc. which didn’t do anything. I continued working on the project and ignored the warning signs until it got completely deadlocked. Now I can’t even run shell commands anymore. Checkpoint rollbacks don’t work either. The preview is showing:

Also the last time I managed to get responses in shell I saw these spam errors:
npm warn tar TAR_ENTRY_ERROR Unknown system error -122: Unknown system error -122, open ‘/home/runner/workspace/node_modules/date-fns/isTomorrow.mjs’

I really hope someone from Replit will help me resolve this ASAP. It cannot be a coincidence that my project started to have issues exactly on the same day other users were experiencing issues too. I spent over $5,000 on this project and I having to wait for several days for any useful technical help is not what I would expect from a professional service.

I see that the app reconnects again and again and is slow and less effective. I had to do the final test to launch but now worried that it might mess things up.
