Agent Chat window not opening

Hi Replit Support,

Following up on my earlier contact today. Two of my projects will not open at all:

  1. Enterprise Risk Manager - Remix
  2. PEP Evaluation System

These are the two I have tried so far; I haven’t checked whether my other projects are affected.

What’s happening:

  • It started with the Agent chat not loading in one project, while the app preview still loaded. Now neither project opens at all.
  • The published versions of my apps open and work normally, so the problem seems to be limited to the workspace/editor.

What I’ve already ruled out:

  • Restarted my computer: same problem.
  • Tried my phone on Wi-Fi: same problem.
  • Tried my phone on mobile data with Wi-Fi off: same problem.

Since the projects fail on every device and network I’ve tried, this looks like a server-side or account-level issue with these specific projects rather than a browser or network problem on my end.

Could you please check these projects on your side and restore access? Please also confirm that my code, checkpoints and Agent history are intact.

I’m happy to provide any further details or screenshots.

Thank you,
Giri

Thanks for the thorough write-up, @girikrishna4. Since the published versions of your apps still work and the problem shows across multiple devices and networks, this really does look like a server-side issue limited to the workspace and Agent rather than anything on your end. Three other builders in this thread are seeing the same Agent-chat-not-loading symptom today, which usually points to a broader issue instead of an account-level one. Your best bet right now is to post the incident at status.replit.com (Platform Issues) and, if you are on Core or Teams, email support@repl.it with the two project names so they can check the workspace and Agent history directly. Keep your published versions as they are, they are already confirming your code and checkpoints are intact on the hosted side.
