Same issue. The difference is that I have waited for the credits to refresh but I am met with an “you have exausted your usage limit” Despite the free credits have refreshed.
Try to create another account. If the problem remains then it is some kind of bug.

Similar; I had a great first experience a few days back trying out the service creating a toy app. Logged in today to tinker some more, had the agent do 2 small changes, then a rollback, then another forward rollback (undoing the undo) and now it’s giving me the “You have reached your free quota limit” with only 38% on the bar at the top.
