The themes feature will only be implemented in my app when I’m editing the theme, as soon as I exit the themes editor (after saving of course) and re-engage Agent, the theme goes away across my entire app. Super weird. Please fix. Only happening on one of my apps (using themes on another app and it works perfectly).

Welcome @AaronMak1 I haven’t personally seen this and didn’t have a chance to replicate - but the usual (and sometimes annoying question - I know 
) did you try in a fresh Incognito browser to confirm it isn’t a cache issue?
I did, still didn’t solve it. I ended up explicitly explaining the issue to Agent and it did a whole bunch of work to ‘connect’ the theme to the project (spent like $2 in credits, wasn’t light work). So somehow when initially building the app, the theme got disconnected and needed Agent to manually connect it all back. Very weird.
Oh interesting result, glad it is working however.
