What it is:

The Chocolate Lab Support Center is a dedicated help hub for all of the applications in The Chocolate Lab showcase. It gives users a single place to browse every app in the portfolio, search for what they need, and submit a support request if they run into any issues.

What it does:

  • Displays all Chocolate Lab applications in a clean, searchable grid organized by category (Education, Finance, Health, Productivity)
  • Lets users click on any app to immediately open a support request pre-filled with that app’s name
  • Provides a simple contact form where users can describe their issue, select the related application, and send a message directly to the support team
  • Every submitted request is saved to a database and triggers an email notification so nothing gets missed
  • Works as a Progressive Web App (PWA), so you can install it directly to your phone’s home screen for quick access

Built with React, Express, and PostgreSQL. Designed to be the front door for support across the entire Chocolate Lab ecosystem.
