Support unhelpful

Hi, I’ve been trying to get support for almost 24 hours, I continuously get “Agent encountered an error while running, we are investigating the issue.” and I am unable to access my shell or anything else to restart. It then asks me to refresh the page, and same issue. I’ve opened multiple support tickets and they’ve said they’d look into it, but no response or follow up on the replit end. Issues like these have been extremely common, and I’ve pushed through them previously, but this is seriously the last straw
