The new Build and Plan modes aren’t as smooth to use as you (Replit staff) think they are. I have used them for a few days now, and the overall UX is decreasing with these modes - there are a number of annoying issues that make the overall workflow tedious.
I am willing to put in time to discuss these (as I am sure a number of members of this group would be) if Replit will come to the table and setup a working group of real users to support your ongoing product improvements:
I would like to suggest you setup a working group to assist for your future changes to the workspace and to Replit product in general. A group that can offer constructive feedback both before and after you make changes. The UX, in my humble opinion, is going backwards, with various annoyances that have clearly been designed in a closed room of Replit staff, with no input from real users who use your platform on a daily basis.
