Title: URGENT — Locked out of Replit-provisioned Neon database, production app down
My production app is completely down. I accidentally changed the password on my Replit-provisioned Neon database via ALTER ROLE and the new password was lost. Neon support confirmed only Replit can reset it since the database was provisioned through Replit’s integration.
This is a production medical/legal app with over 1,000 active cases. I need the password reset — the data is intact, I just can’t authenticate. I submitted a support ticket but haven’t heard back. Can anyone help?
