After downsizing my company and transitioning from hardware technology to software fulltime, the one resource I kept on hand is to have an actual human being doing the QA reporting and bug checking everytime I issued a new build. I’m sure I could have just used AI to test, but edgecases and so many things get discovered when someone other than the designer and builder are actually using the product. Just some advice that is working well for me.
