Importing existing projects to use with Agent

Would love to be able to import an existing codebase into Replit and use with Agent. I hope this is technically feasible and on the roadmap :pray:t3:

On the roadmap. Best way to do it now is to make a hello world with agent then wipe the workspace dir and clone in your project. Will definitely cause issues but it kinda works, make sure you’re properly using git in case agent breaks something.

Agent assume it’s using certain tools. Make sure you ask when you do the hello world for a “barebones” hello world script

I recently imported a project from Github and can only use the Assistant, would be great to have the Agent also work in the future.

I tried importing a repo yesterday and it only supported Assistant.
