I am unable to get replit to make videos playable in /admin

Description

The project is called “VideoTestimonialCapture” and after many hours, the agent is unable to make videos that are recorded on a homepage, to be playable in admin.

the concept is to allow users to make a testimonial video, enter their details and submit. Then on the 'admin page I can download the video testimonials later. But the videos are unplayable/unusable.

After 4 hours of back and forth, I thought best to reach out to support for some help re this.

Hey make sure you submit a ticket through the actual support channels, this forum is more for users talking to other users.
