Don't make Agent comments part of Git commits

Currently, when using Agent, the Agent comments/interactions become part of a commit. Unfortunately, if you share a repository with someone else, all the Agent comments are there, which distracts from the context of the commit and distracts from the high-quality work that can be done through Agent.

The workaround today is to make all the commits to GitHub, then to open the project in another IDE and rebase all the commits. It’s time consuming and ideally the Agent comments would just not be there.

I second this. It can become very cluttered and its hard to find the commits done by the user. Iv been having to add a prepended thing of text to allow for quick searching of my own checkpoints in the sludge of aigentic checkpointing. I understand why they do it, but it can be a little cluttered
