Hi Replit Team,
I am reporting a severe system bug regarding my account (sehman200@gmail.com). I am currently on the **Starter Plan** with **0% actual usage** recorded, yet your system has issued an invoice (EWCJJO-00008) and is sending me "100% credit usage" alerts.
**The Glitch:** My dashboard shows a massive contradiction: a popup claims I have used 100% of my credits, while the sidebar—on the same screen—correctly shows 0% usage. Additionally, I have a **$25.00 Credit Balance** that is being completely ignored by your billing engine.
I’ve tried to use the "Get Help" button, but it is paywalled, which is unacceptable for resolving a billing error caused by the platform itself. As an official **Explorer**, I expect
this logic failure to be investigated and the incorrect invoice cancelled.
