Hi,
Have been using Replit for a few days in a row, constant back and forth developing a mobile RPG. Was having persistent issues so switched to Claude 4 Opus with $22 left in credits. It investigated the problem, gave me a general response (no fixes) and then I received the notice that all of my credits had been exhausted.
It was one call, is this normal?

Possible, depending on the scope. Using both the high powered models, I’ve had numerous prompts that cost $20+
Opus costs 5x more than Sonnet (direct API cost). Use with caution; it’s not cheap.
Did it solve your issues?
Yes, I experienced this as well.
However, I had tasked the Agent with a pretty complex job implementing a database for my blog posts, complete with an in-text search filter and a custom-built synchronization admin dashboard, plus a lot more database-related stuff and features. This ended up costing me around $50.
I’m very happy with the app now - the database works like a charm. It took about 10 minutes to implement it. Definitely worth it.

$50 in one prompt? Or was that 2-3?
around 2-4 prompts for the same task. I guess the first prompt cost around 15 USD followed by 10 USD per prompt (using Opus).
