Very minor feature request but I’d like to see a disable feature for “Enter”/“Return” sending a chat to agent. I know you can do shift+enter to get to a new line but in other platforms I have to use option+enter and sometimes I forget and send only a partially constructed message to the agent which wastes time and money
While I’ve gotten used to shift+enter… admittedly this toggle feature would be nice
