I’m a bootstrapped founder (with real revenue, no less), self-taught indie hacker, and feel like I was born to vibecode. I mostly learn by shipping and breaking stuff as publicly as i can (not very good at marketing, so that’s the hard part). Favorite stack right now is Replit + Claude Code (via CLI).

I do not come from a CS background, but have a lot of real experience with databases. I have zero tolerance for overbuilding, and yet I seem to overbuild the feature set of every project (so much fun!).

My background: I spent a decade in grad school studying ancient philosophy but had to pivot becasue there were no jobs. I ran operations for a small private school for the next 7years, but then I discovered Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and Bubbble, and it changed my life.

Now, I mostly use Bubble (8+ years), Replit, Lovable, Supabase, and Claude Code (though Codex is catching up), to buld shippable working product fast. I’m completely stack agnostic though. I think shipping is more important than what stack you run. My motto is “ship it ugly.” And I believe that most of the problems indie makers run into have to do with building a business around the thing they built rather than the underlying stack.

I build scrappy MVP’s including marketplaces (uuuugh, don’t do it!!! marketplaces are awful), SaaS, and personal tools.

I’m here to swap replit hacks and best practrices, learn how others get maximum leverage out of the Replit ecosystem, and connect with other indie makers.
