Jayne Lytel is Chief AI Architect at capMedia Inc., after completing an AI Fellowship at the R42 Institute. She founded the first newsletter tracking the Internet’s commercial rise in 1993 and later wrote the nationally syndicated Internet911 column for United Media.

A former copy editor at The Washington Post, she moved into cybersecurity at Booz Allen Hamilton supporting clients including NASA and DHS. Lytel holds an MA in Human Development (Pacific Oaks) and an MS in Cybersecurity Risk & Strategy (NYU).

A two-time USRowing Masters national champion and National Press Club member, she specializes in “faction”—fiction grounded in journalistic precision
