URGENT - Files not updating in File Tree

Running a custom project that Replit is building for me and I’m copying code to my home local server, except the file tree files don’t show the updated code, and when trying to Restart Compute sometimes it fixes the issue, or just causes the same issue found here where it appends new file data to the old file data, messing up all of the files I’m working on. I have to manually download the file to see the updated contents, because Agent and the project can see that the files are updated on their end, but when I view it in the editor, Ctrl+Shift+R, Restart Compute none of it works reliably.
