Hi @ZergGirl , couldn’t see where to DM so I’m replying to you on here. I set up an account last week and was happily plugging away at my app and then I tried to connect to git hub and then something happened and my agent window (left column) won’t load anymore. I’ve tried disconnecting from github, incognito browser, and 2 other browsers and get the same result. I’ve cleared cache and browser history as some previous posts have suggested. When I set up a new account with a new email, all is well. So something is up with my account and I’m not sure what to do. It’s been 24 hours since the issue started.
I’m assuming this was an interrupted agent chat, which doesn’t show costs accurately.
Here’s a screenshot for more context. 3 days now and agent window is still just a spinning wheel of death.
Hello! If your Agent is stuck in a loop, try the following steps:
- Open a new tab under “Shell”
- Run kill 1
- Refresh your page
You can also try to refresh your Agent chat by clicking on the chat box icon on the upper right-hand corner of your chat session.
And if you’re still running into issues at that point, you can reach out to us by opening a support ticket from within your app.
So the kill 1 didn’t work and support ticket only available in core(I was free member). I upgraded and then the chat window loaded. Seems kind of strange. If I was out of monthly credits, there should be some notification instead of a spinning wheel of death, no?
