It would be very good if Replit had a pricing model similar to Codex and Claude Code, with usage limits that reset every 5 hours and weekly limits, plus warning messages when users are close to reaching those limits. This would make platform costs much more predictable and easier to control.
Unfortunately, Replit uses API with the providers, and thus they pay API costs - which means that’s how we are billed too.
Yeah, this kind of usage-based limit system would make things way more predictable. A reset cycle with clear warnings would help users avoid sudden cutoffs and plan better. It also feels fairer than hidden or unclear usage caps.
